 – Cooktop Sales

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products such as sale items, perishable goods, customized products, or intimate items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
